Shipping Rates for physical CD’s
Within the United States:
6.35 USD for 1 unit, and 3.34 USD per additional unit
From the United States to Canada:
7.83 USD for 1 unit, and 5.86 USD per additional unit
From the United States to the rest of the world:
9.42 USD for 1 unit, and 6.93 USD per additional unit


Once I order something - what happens next?
You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order.

When will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 7 business days.

When can I expect my order?
Most orders will arrive within 2 - 3 weeks of the order being dispatched. However, please allow extra time for delivery on international orders as delivery times to certain countries could vary and may take as long as 6 weeks.
Return Policy
Can I change my order?
We cannot change your order once it is placed as it is an automated system. As such, there is no way to stop or cancel an order that has been made.

Refunds Policy
There are no refunds on music.

What is your return policy?
If the item received is damaged in any way, simply email us a picture of the item (and the defect) within 15 business days from the date of purchase to chantal@dantall.co.za and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you.
